      Pros

      None. It has steadily gone down since Frontier took over.

      Cons

      Very poor management, has no idea what a communications company does. The software is 40 + years old and trying to continually patch it to make it up to date never works. It slows to a crawl everyday, or crashes. Unable to provide service to their customers or techs . They Rob their employees pay checks to fatten their bonuses. Constant forced overtime, No family/work balance that management hypes as a company value. Total refusal to give any real training to their employees, so orders have to redone several times.

      The people. Decent health care plan and benefits.

      Cons

      Very little focus on the customer and their experience which is a big reason for the lost customers. Employees frustrated working with outdated systems and information has to be entered and re-entered into different system a multiple of times allowing for errors. Outdated products not relevant to today's market. No training on technology or on the systems. Frontier does not understand fiber neither do they understand the Texas, California and Florida markets they purchased.
