Growing Company - Fast Paced - Innovative

Pros

Exposure to the Executive team in a matrixed growing (organic and inorganic) environment with limited bureaucracy. Entrepreneurial culture that is fast paced and nimble. HIGHLY Customer-centric and prides self on being best Customer Service Model in the Communications industry.

Cons

The culture is not for everyone. One of the reasons FTR is nimble and makes quick decisions is the lack of red tape and structure. Someone from IBM or GE, used to a highly structured, layered organization with lots of work life balance will struggle here.

Pros

I have to say that in my years of working in customer service this company is by far the best i have ever worked for and will be working here for a long time they have competitive pay, respectful staff, great management, and it is very will organized.

Cons

I have nothing to complain about the company has made many changes and there is always a reason for the changes and they are always for the better
