Pros

Fantastic, smart, caring, hardworking regional colleagues. Also HQ has effectively held off takeover threats, and managed to grow the service footprint through acquiring other telcos.

Cons

Regional employee cuts in service areas. Top-heavy, and high turnover in the corporate office. Inability to find long-term senior leadership in some key positions.

Pros

Managers in corporate show respect for employees. Nice environment to work.

Cons

Some groups have had to stretch themselves by doing extra work. Company is focused on reducing head count. Opportunities to advance professionally are very limited. Frontier policy is to hire and retain great people but, for the most part, management jobs are given to new hires.
