Great benefits and pay wage

Cons

Company doesn't have their stuff in order. They hire inexperienced people to be supervisors who go through the same training we do. They use that as an advantage to sit back and do nothing unless they absolutely have to. Customers are so unhappy because of the situation that is going on with the company after the change over.

Pros

Most of my peers were in the same boat, and misery loves company.

Cons

Management, but treated like a high schooler that had to ask mom for permission to do anything; Mentality is "my way or no way", no room for innovation or growth, constantly hiring/promoting Vice Presidents, and not really trying to figure out how to run the business
