Pros

Always a full 50 hour week

Cons

Super angry customers, system tools break more issues than they fix, terrible leadership, all promotions are based on seniority, this is pretty much a dead end job. High levels of favoritis towards black employees as most supervisors and managers are black and only select their friends for special projects.

Pros

Some truly bright people in management and tech crews that work their hardest to do a great job despite terrible technology and legacy systems.

Cons

Equipment is dated and disappoints customers daily. There needs to be more investment in infrastructure. The Senior Leadership Team doesn't really care as long as they get their bonuses. Perhaps now that Maggie Wilderotter has stepped back a bit the management style will come into this century.
