      Overworked and underpaid!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Pros

      Nice people, decent office, not much else worth listing.

      Cons

      Low wages, overworked employees, lack of communication, nobody knows how to do their job, no work-life balance, expensive benefits, too much more to list here.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits thanks to Union in my area.

      Cons

      Everything about the company is a con. Poor training, no one follows guidelines or procedures. All about sales and no matter if it's ethical or correct. Management is out of touch with day to day. Work life balance is non-existent, no potential for advancement, dead end job no matter what your title is, unless you upper management. Which their positions seem to rotate every 6 months or less to new position.
