Flexible, good pay, and great coworkers.

Cons

Work in the heat or cold, lots of physical exertion, and commute to and from field can vary.

Pros

The pay is decent for the job

Cons

Scheduling, hours, work/life balance, micromanagement, poor leadership, Unequal pay among coworkers, Company lies all the time and doesn't follow through with anything they say, no career growth/opportunities, and worst corporate culture and morale I've ever seen. Run away far from this company! Employees here don't even want to tell anyone they work at this company.

Good pay but...

Pros

- Easy to request time off, if there is time available. - Union - Team is helpful

Cons

- The company can't keep a CEO so management is always changing. - Top- down management - Management's way of fixing computer issues is to, " clear cache" really? - Managers will protect each other instead of their team members. Example: a manager yelled and berated an employee ( during a call) the manager got a slap on the hand. If it was the other way around, the employee would be fired. - Management also plays favoritsm. - Not much room for growth. - What is culture? The type where you can't talk to coworkers or even chat w them on teams. They're so petty that they removed Gif's from teams.
