Pros

They have offices in some rural places where not much else is so you can avoid some commuting if you live out where they are.

Cons

The company has no future and is scrambling to last as long as they can while revenues decline and their network continues to fall apart. The CEO and some of the SLT are complete prima-donna's!!! They demand special waters, drinks, food, and everything else like they are a touring rock band wherever they go. Plus they spend $100,000's on meetings while they layoff employees - nobody I know here respects them!!! Everyone bad mouths the SLT behind their back, even upper management! It's pathetic and shows that nobody will truly follow leaders like that. They are just there for a paycheck while it lasts!

Pros

Decent benefits and most work teams function well together.

Cons

Very little work/life balance. The constant change in priorities is frustrating and leads to a lack of accomplishment.

Pros

Plenty of work and no shortage of things to do. Company has slightly above average benefits, and regularly pays an annual bonus.

Cons

Antiquated systems that take ages to accomplish simple tasks. Management philosophy is to underestimate deadlines in order to 'challenge' workers to find a way to deliver in inadequate time. Shortcuts taken are never repaired even when they regularly cause outages. Ideas from the worker ranks are ignored as only senior leadership can guide the ship.
