Pros

I had to get kids off the bus and occasionally have to leave for emergencies at the school and they were super accommodating. I was able to pick up extra hours easily and receive additional training and raises

Cons

I worked for a covid line and didn't agree with the company line and eventually quit. I don't think that's really their fault though

Friendly management, family-like atmosphere, flexibility, and cares for its employees. The company has a multitude of benefits they offer as well as a great support to its agents.
