Pros

There are so many wonderful things about working for the company. My favorite is probably the work environment, flexibility with the needs of employees. I also love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone.

Cons I honestly have to say I have found none so far in the almost 2 years that I have been with the company it has been great

Pros

I have enjoyed working for Frontline Call Center with headquarters in Eastsound WA for almost two years. The best asset in the company is the training and company culture enforced by Supervisors and Managers based on respect and integrity! I highly recommend working for Frontline Call Center!

Pros

Having been employed Frontline call center for over 8 months, I can say this is the most supportive management team I've had the privilege to work with. Upper management is interested in my thoughts and ideas, and continues to be invested in my success. We have a diverse array of clients and agents, but I have been lucky enough to work with a specialized unit, and it has been satisfying to watch our team grow, and expand our responsibilities for this client.

Cons

Holiday pay is somewhat limited.
