Pros

I have been with FCC for almost 1 yr and I truly love what I do. I love that our leadership team is always looking for ways to grow our company and our Agents. During this time I have received great praise for my work ethic as well as constructive criticism that has helped my professional and personal life.

Cons

Insurance is not super great, is not bad but can be better!

Pros

Skys the limit with Frontline growth opportunities. Since it is a performance-based organization you can always ask to learn new tasks, management loves to showcase their agent's skills. The company also helps to support its agents in almost every aspect.

Cons

There can be a bit of turnover since the remote work field is exploding, causing a heavier call load per agent or team. The benefits package could be better, but I recall a time when it was nonexistent.

Pros

Family like setting, Flexible, Caring upper management, equal opportunity, benefits, listens to their employees. FCC treats you like a human being and not a number. Remote, work from home opportunity which for a lot of us is fantastic.

Cons

High cost benefits, but they are offered. Lower on the pay scale, but they do have employees based out of other states with lower min. wages. Other than that, no cons to this company.
