We do encourage and welcome exit interviews as a way to provide specific, experience based feedback that we can look into deeper. We are a performance based company and list our wages transparently in our job ads. It was good to hear you found value in the flexibility we provide.

Pros

You need very little technical support experience to do well at this position.

Cons

If you have anything more than a basic knowledge of technical support practices, you can get frustrated quickly that you are unable to do more than referring people to a higher level team when basic attempts are made to resolve an issue.

Cons

Work on weekends depending on schedule.
