Pros

I don't think anyone sets unreasonable expectations and the management team does well to try to look at situations from different perspectives and angles. Although work from home has become the way of the world, Frontline has adapted this enviornment in their model long before and it shows. When comparing other outsourcing companies, I do think Frontline excels in the industry and does what's best by their partner's.

Cons

Depending on your preference, this is a fast paced work enviornment and some may become overwhelmed by the many moving pieces. Although this is an enviornment I personally enjoy and many thrive in - it's not always for everyone. Benefits could be better but have improved in the most recent open enrollment period.

Performance Pays Off

Pros

I have worked at Frontline for 10years. I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate and friendly place to work. They are flexible with needs and promote that family comes first. Not many employers do that. They have expectations that need to be met as a business, however, still think of the health and families of their employees. Pay starts lower, however, if you put in the effort and show up, that can change quickly. Frontline typically attempts to promote from within first, before hiring outside of the Organization. Top management is diverse and they meet to talk scenarios through fully so everyone has buy in before making big changes. For the flexibility, Friendliness of the team, and working from the comfort of your home, this is a pretty good job for the pay. The company offers free base insurance, medical/Dental/Vision (while not super fantastic is still OK), Vacation, Bonus Vacation for attendance, Rewards system for performance, matching 401K, and Free Life Insurance. Overall Great place to work, especially during this Pandemic. Performance Pays!

Cons

Lower grade insurance, Lower starting pay
