Pros

Very engaged leadership who are really invested in training and preparing you for the role and being easily accessible to answer questions and provide help as you transition to working independently. The team communicates throughout the day and that makes you feel connected. Nice place to work.

Cons

No cons that stand out for me.

Pros

The supervisors are great. They work with you and make sure you know everything you need to know to be able to do your job instead of blaming you or putting you down for making you feel bad if you make a mistake. The job is not boring. There is a lot of room for growth within the company. As a single father the company works very well with your family schedule and even emergencies (within reason). Great benefits, sick days, and vacation time.

Cons

You get paid twice a month instead of weekly.
