We do encourage and welcome exit interviews as a way to provide specific, experience based feedback that we can look into deeper. We are a performance based company and list our wages transparently in our job ads. It was good to hear you found value in the flexibility we provide.

Pros

I love the team atmosphere, knowing that we can always reach out for support and help each other to improve. Working from home is a huge plus for the easy commute!

Cons

You have to really prepare to work from home. If you don't set up your environment, it is tough to be able to keep up with an ever-changing call center.

It truly is important to have the right equipment out the gate and we have shifted our onboarding to include spending more time setting up, learning, and using the different technologies. Pros

Working remotely, awesome managers who support employees, employees help each other as well. The customers we support are great.

Cons

24/7 call environment. Weekends and Holidays are not guaranteed off.
