Pros

The entire team is great. Everyone is kind and friendly. You do get a sense that you’re not just an extra body. The training is very in-depth. Working from home is awesome, to me at least. All in all I’m pretty happy with my position in the company.

Cons

I wish they paid more! Which I’m sure almost everyone would say that about their job. I really love the company and the people. BUT the starting pay is certainly not enough to live on, alone. Without that, this is a five star job in my view.

Nobody at Frontline is a just an extra body. We see you and are glad you love it here! Starting pay aside, we hope the benefits provided help and welcome you to talk with your Operations Manager about ways to advance as we are a performance based company. We prefer to promote from with in whenever possible and can provide stretch opportunities. Thank you for the feedback and for being our Frontline!

Pros

Pro's to being a Frontline Call Center employee: Your voice is heard. I feel like when I bring an idea/issue/feedback to the table, I am listened to and my feedback is implemented. It feels like a close family rather then just an Organization. We support one another. We build friendships, even though we do not work face to face! We are supported by management!

Cons

The Con's to working at FCC would be: No paid holidays. - However, you do get holiday pay if you work a holiday and low starting wages.
