Friendly management, family-like atmosphere, flexibility, and cares for its employees. The company has a multitude of benefits they offer as well as a great support to its agents.

Pros

From management to the agents, everyone is great to work with. Although we work from home, Management is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Frontline likes to grow its employees, so the opportunity to move up is very much possible.

Cons

I wish I could bump into some of the people I work with at the water cooler, but we work from home
