Pros

Everyone is friendly and willing to help each other succeed. They all pitch together to get the job done. Although we all work from home it doesn't seem that way.

Cons

I have none. I have had many jobs in my career, some good and some not so good, but this is one of the best jobs I have had.

Family-oriented works with you to find a schedule that works best for all. Everyone is a team player that helps each other in the chat with issues. The upper management really do care about all the employees.

Cons

Cannot think of any cons to this job, I really enjoy it and my fellow agents.
