Flexibility, Compassion and Work/Life balance

Cons

The only issue is that the benefits aren't that great and we could benefit from longer breaks, lunches are fine.

My manager is the best. I have had numerous jobs and many bosses, but this one is by far the best.

Cons

Lunch is only 30 mins. I wish it was an hour

Definitely a great place to work. My managers have been super supportive since day one and promote teamwork. My team is also equally great.
