Very family like as you work here.

Cons

Working from home causes its own issues but the company does a good job making those as minimal as possible

They treat you like a person, not an employee. That's reflected in the benefits and how management approaches employees, The work environment is very fun, and expansive. All the way from the owner of Frontline to the coworkers it has been a blessing to be a part of such an amazing company. Thank you Frontline for such an amazing opportunity.
