The people I work with make my job great. My whole team works remote and we still work amazing together. Colleague's around the company that I may not know well are always willing to help out. The atmosphere at Frontline is very friendly and people seem to work well together, even if we work in completely different departments. The Executive team is as transparent as they can possibly be and they have proved over the last couple of years that they are fully invested in their employees and have us in mind when making decisions. Our HR team works every year to get us the best value for our benefits without compromising our wallets. That is tough to achieve with costs going up every year, but I believe they really do work to keep our premiums as low as they can get.

Frontline has the best work/life balance and truly reinforces this to all it's employees on a daily basis. The benefits and paid time off are amazing, and really makes Frontline a positive place to work. There are projects and improvements being made across teams to gather input and ideas from all aspects and collaborate on best steps moving forward, which is always great to be a part of.
