Pros
- Relatively new executive team effectively piloted the company through an incredibly challenging year that rocked many companies, and are now leading an exciting strategy for continued growth. - Strong emphasis on transparency, trust, and authenticity, from leadership down to individual contributors. - Consistent bonuses and pay raises for years, regardless of the pandemic or other market factors. - Leadership development wasn't always a high priority, but has become an impressive strength through intentional efforts over the last couple years. - Fantastic corporate headquarters outside of Philly, but also a world-class remote working environment - a rare combo. -The amazing, talented people are, and always have been, the best thing about the company.
Cons
- High growth means fast pace and constant change, which aren't a great working environment for many people. Need to be more clear about those potential turn-offs in the hiring process. -Workforce diversity, especially in upper management, seems to be only a recent focus of the company. It's improving, but there's a lot of room to improve. - Private equity ownership sometimes makes it feel like profitability and client success are in conflict, although current leadership seems to be balancing those priorities better and communicating about decisions with much more clarity. - Teams are never bloated and I've never been bored, but running lean and mean can risk burnout of high performers.
