The two founders of the company, Ryan & Rameet, are an absolute blight on the org. They micromanage and meddle in projects they don't understand, then disappear to live like influencers when they're actually needed. Their exact roles and presence within the company are largely undefined, which means they're free to float about as they please causing stress and mayhem for those that are doing real work, while they're completely insulated from any consequences.
