Pros

There is nothing to look forward to working for 10up. My experience working for the company has been horrible from start to finish.

Cons

Work-life balance is terrible. Employees are subjected to long hours, assigned brutal workloads, and expected to meet unreasonable demands all the time without any support. I've barely had anytime to do anything outside of work, and I've felt exhausted all the time. It's pretty difficult to stay motivated when the salary is terrible and a lot lower compared to what other companies are offering, and the lack of any benefits. Even if you consistently outperform your coworkers, you won't be rewarded for your efforts at all, unless you happen to have connections. Leadership is incredibly incompetent and has no idea what they're doing, so they compensate by micromanaging. They hover around employees at all times and tell them how to do their jobs, even if they don't know what they're talking about, instead of trusting them to get the job done. Overall, I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone; 10up is honestly one of the worst companies you could ever work for.

Pros

The company's brand is polished, and the client roster looks impressive on paper.

Cons

- Internal processes and priorities are completely misaligned with the outward image - Expectations shift depending on which manager you report to, creating confusion and frustration - Feedback is inconsistent, leaving employees uncertain about performance and goals - Success criteria change quietly, often without explanation, forcing constant adjustment - Workloads fluctuate unpredictably, making planning and focus nearly impossible - Despite a professional brand, the day-to-day experience feels fragmented, exhausting, and mentally draining - The environment rewards adaptability over stability, creating ongoing stress rather than confidence
