Engineering-wise, probably OK for SW engineers for another 1-3 years, all others avoid like the plague. HW and mechanical especially stay far, far away They have gutted both by 90% or more. No new HW development is planned. It's pretty depressing. 8 layoffs in the last 6 years. If you don't mind constant threat of being let go, by all means........

FNC lacks sufficient control of its own R&D and is subject to excessive direction from the parent Fujistu, Ltd. in Japan. Somewhat hampered by bureaucratic processes although improving in this area. Still, slower to market than its competitors. May be defocusing on hardware development in the US.
