Pros

Great Pay and commission structure, Convenience of working at home through pandemic, supportive team environment and management. You decide how much you want to make by how determined you are. Management open to new ideas and different ways to approach sales. Because the project is new, It's opening doors for more leadership opportunities to hire from within.

Cons

Fairly new project, sometimes there are minor unexpected changes. Changes are to be expected when companies grow. The other con would be the late shift, Could use more day shifts.

Pros

There is no perfect organization and this company acknowledges it through one of their core values - Grace. I get it; the company is growing so the numbers are key. But somehow, leadership always knows when to dial back and go back to the basics, and tries their very best to always put their people first.

Cons

Nothing too glaring. Not really a con but it will always help to keep the company values at top of mind in every action and interaction so that the culture isn’t lost in the growth.

Ok starting pay $16/hr Good Training (Loved Nicole) Get access to your pay before payday

Cons

Very Very Expensive insurance, scoping away almost $500 off your pay They don't seem to care about you personal life T-Mobile clients wants you to meet their targets not realizing the company use to only work for Sprint until they bought them.
