      Has potential but needs to make changes

      Pros

      - Pays well for Call Center - Modern new offices - Great people - Growing

      Cons

      - Not enough support for people on the phone - Benefits are weak and expensive - Managers ignore problems - The main client is Sprint which isnt the best company to do service for - Bonus structure changes all the time - No control over work hours - Communication is non-existent

      I appreciate that you took the time to provide feedback. I am sorry that you encountered issues that you felt were not resolved by management. We have a definite line of communication that includes Operation Managers, Directors, Human Resources and Senior Leaders. We all have open door policies, make ourselves available through our internal chat tool, accessible through email and have created an on-line communication portal. We do recognize that we are growing so quickly that we need to ensure the proper level of communication is happening and are currently working on resolving this.

      high school culture, micro management every minute, not much trust for employees...replacement turnover..even money can't keep good employees.

      I am so sorry to hear that you did not Thrive with us. Positions that are metric driven, which include all of ours, require different levels of management based on what our employees need. If individuals are not preforming, then additional focus and support is needed which can be perceived as micromanaging. Our Mission is to Create the Conditions in which our Employees can Thrive. We focus on this in all areas of our business. Because we are all unique individuals, our needs to Thrive will vary. We just celebrated our 2nd Anniversary with 400 global employees and we are proud to still be growing!

      Our executive leadership created a culture of putting people first while promoting core values to support not only our clients but also the staff as well. It has been very refreshing coming into this company and handed the honor to work with such strong individuals that push me to be better everyday. The company entered it's second year of operation and keeps adding new clients for it's portfolio. The opportunity for growth is so amazing currently. What is expected of us is simple, do the job we have been tasked with by meeting the expectations of the client. Some days can be rough just like with any other job you may have had in the past. Where this place shines is you will be placed under excellent supervisors to help you move through those days so you can still succeed. The positive atmosphere is a direct reflection of the ownership all the way down to the entry level employees!

      I appreciate that you took the time to share how you are THRIVING with us! We are very excited about starting our third year in Kansas City and even more excited to be doing it with employees like you! We will have an update on 401k in the next 45 days with hopes to launch something in 2019.
