Good pay when you actually get the hours
Cons
Constant change in clients, no sense of community, you never know who youre working with even through out the same company. Only one BCBA is doing any RBT advocating and it feels like as an RBT youre fighting for a consistant schedule. They took away travel pay and the benifits suck.
