Caring a competent leadership Quality supervision Company values employees Good pay and benefits for position Lots of resources for growth and clinical support for RBTs

Cons

Due to the nature of home therapy services, scheduling can be variable, however the company has been continually working to create supports to ensure that RBTs receive all their hours

Pros

-High hourly compensation rate -flexibility to work in homes, schools, and community settings -Strong support with clients -Professional development opportunities -Gas card reloaded every 2 weeks -Health insurance benefits -Opportunities to connect with BCBA-Ds and pursue mentorship -Opportunities to relocate to different regions in FL -No company is perfect, but if you advocate for yourself, you are heard and it does make a a huge difference.

Cons

-This job in general will require you to drive, so that is important to be aware of. (This has never bothered me though.)
