Pros
Enforcing a safe work environment is an amazing part of the job. I love the work environment that I get to be a part of. The employees take the job seriously, but it's not so strict as to cause undue stress, and I really appreciate that.
Cons
The people who work here are definitely not getting paid enough for their efforts. They are forced to work crazy long days, and that doesn't even give them enough to pay rent. If people are gonna work for a company, a completely fair wage is one that pays them enough to keep living, and ideally allows them to live well. Also, we definitely have some occasional things that need fixed or replaced. Our trash cans get busted and then spill fluid everywhere, both in the bays and in the main lobby, and the shop doesn't seem able to use it's own money to replace those things. There's a huge water leak in the back of the shop that's growing larger by the day, and probably wasting a lot of money. That needs to be fixed.
