Cons
This company is very tight on hours given to employees and to the store as a whole. Even the stores that are producing sales get the exact same treatment with hours. It took me 5 months to get my store to be allowed 40 more hours per week (one extra hand per week). You know what I did to make my sales and achieve the goals necessary during those 5 months? I had to work 65-70 hours a week while getting chewed out by my higher up about a bunch of minor things that he saw from a little computer screen sitting in his bed at home all day. He had no idea the lengths I had to go to ensure our store made the sales. I missed time with my wife every day. I missed time with family every week. Personal needs had to be put in the back burner. I could go on and on. It’s a deceptive system. “Oh yes, we’ll say it’s 50 hours a week and then remove your ability to hire the right amount of people which will literally force you to work MORE hours…. And then proceed to tell you it’s your fault for not scheduling properly and not knowing the EXACT traffic flow for the next week and scheduling EXACTLY according to the amount of business you have no clue is going to come through for a given week.” It’s broken. It needs to stop.
