Pros

My coworkers are smart and capable, but also easy to talk to and work with. Obnoxious politics are virtually absent; it feels like leadership is truly trying to find the best way to make everyone happy and productive. The product and engineering work are interesting and we are always looking to innovate and improve.

Cons

Video conferencing as a remote employee is not always great. As the company has grown, the number and quality of VC setups in the office has not kept up.

Pros

I joined FullStory a few months back and continue to be impressed on a weekly basis on how phenomenal the talent level is. They have a very strong recruiting process that insures only the brightest get thru and it shows. In my career I've never seen a group this large where there aren't any weak links. They've done a great job of maintaining the strengths of a startup (agility, openness to ideas, ability to rely on everyone at the table) while growing into a much larger company.

Cons

With so much new talent coming in there are some inevitable growing pains around a handful of older processes (team communication, forecasting, etc.). Nothing too noticeable though.

Pros

- Skilled, mature people both in engineering and across the organization - Ambitious technology that's several steps ahead most competitors - Emphasis on self-management, people trust you to mostly plan your own work

Cons

Growing fast so things tend to change quickly.
