Pros

Some genuinely kind and intelligent people were around during my tenure. Depending on your team, the unlimited time off policy is generally respected. Amazing benefits package, though flat salaries.

Cons

Nonstop pivoting at all levels. It was hard to feel and believe in there being a good and logical sense of direction. Lack of advancement opportunities and questionable personnel moves within each org. Several layoffs and RIFs that removed survivors' sense of security and purpose. Not a great culture.
