Pros

Benefits and 401K matching. Health insurance covers your partner.

Cons

I have never had such a terrible experience at a company as I did at Fullstory. I choose to leave because everyday I felt sick to my stomach knowing my manager was going to call me out of the blue, outside of working hours and bully me about an email or about updating a record. These things happened even on my sick days. I didn't dare take a day off. In just a few months I became burnt out on the job. Everything you read in these reviews are true, many of the positive reviews are obviously fake and from Fullstory recruiters. The product is overpriced, difficult to sell and has a lot of competitors. Very saturated market. There are so many competitors it's hard to remember all different ways to position the product against them.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experiences openly and honestly with us. We want to acknowledge that your experience at FullStory is one that we are deeply upset by, and the events you outlined are not what we expect from our managers. That being said, it doesn’t change your experience and we are sorry to hear about your time at FullStory. We want to ensure that our FullStorians feel comfortable and confident to succeed in their role. Our People Ops team is always here to listen, whether that being through a group setting, one on one discussions, or anonymous feedback- our doors are always open for our FullStorians if they choose to come to us. We also have been revamping the way we approach our manager training, and you can learn more about the steps we are taking here: https://www.fullstory.com/blog/manager-training-at-fullstory While we try our absolute best to prioritize the needs and concerns from our FullStorians, we know we have room for improvement -- your experience is one that we don’t take lightly, and if comfortable we would be happy to discuss further to make sure an incident like this does not happen again at FullStory. We want to hear how you feel we can make progress in this area and encourage you to email us at recruiting@fullstory.com to tell us about it. Thank you again for your review.

Pros

- Incredibly smart and resourceful engineering, customer success, and people ops teams - Comprehensive benefits package (insurance)

Cons

- Upper and middle management is a Salesforce boy's club that focuses on micromanaging and screenshotting emails/call logs as opposed to prioritizing AE growth + mastery in demoing, negotiation, and deal closing (growth reps particularly are glorified SDRs). - Upper and middle management in said boy's club openly gossip about their favorite and least favorite reps. Non-favorites should expect little support and transparency from management. - The chop shop mentality within the sales department completely negates FullStory's unlimited PTO offering. 'Favorite' reps have been publicly praised by upper management for working days before going into labor. Expect late night and weekend slack messages and to work through vacation.

Pros

Some of the best and brightest minds you will ever have the pleasure of working with.

Cons

Sadly, a distinct loss of shared dignity/purpose as they've scaled up market.
