      Amazing company, really cares about their employees. Pays well, great benefits, want to see you succeed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a job!

      Pros

      Great collaborative culture where teams genuinely support one another, and the company does a great job balancing the demands of the business while also looking out for all employees. The hybrid work environment is friendly and flexible, and the new office is genuinely awesome. Strong leadership and a healthy/growing business.

      Cons

      The company has grown incredibly quickly, and at times the tech infrastructure hasn’t fully kept pace, which can limit how fast we’re able to move. Some processes and systems still need modernization to support the scale we’re operating at. That said, this is well understood internally, and several major initiatives are already underway to improve the platform and help teams move faster.
