      Pros

      The leadership team genuinely cares about employees professional growth and general well-begin. There is a strong culture of collaboration, transparency, and respect. I do feel as though we have so many opportunities to continue to grow the business and I'm excited to be apart of the company's growth.

      Cons

      No company is perfect, but most of the challenges here I would associate as growing pains though leadership is proactive in listening to feedback and making improvements.
