Pros

The engineering level is very high. Team environment is like a close family. Working on the cutting edge of IoT and wearables was very rewarding. Strong leadership and everyone on the team is encouraged to contribute ideas and solutions. Living and working in Santa Cruz was amazing.

Cons

Not really any cons. Fullpower has a great team and I enjoyed every year I was a part of the company.

Demanding technology and innovation driven culture. This is not a place to take a Siesta, this is a place to grow and prosper.
