Pros
I’ve been at Fullpower for almost a year now, and it’s been a great experience. All around me are incredibly smart people who work hard, and who are creating some amazing technology. A lot is expected of people here, but what I see is a group of people banding together to move in the same direction, building real solutions for real customers. On top of that, the work environment is great. We’ve got a blend of personalities, and everybody is fun and easy-going. The office is dog-friendly, so there’s always an opportunity to get a friendly wag of the tail as you walk around. The office is right in downtown Santa Cruz, surrounded by shops and restaurants, so it’s easy to pop out for lunch, or to walk two blocks to the weekly farmers market. And of course none of that hideous Bay Area traffic!
