Fungible DPU is a good product Pradeep Sindhu

Cons

Complex device (DPU) and complex programming model They don't know how to take the product forward; No vision; No road-map reckless with their hiring/firing decisions Managers and directors are people managers; they will percolate the pressure to engineering without understanding technical aspects of the project

Some good people to work with. Minimal politics. Free meals and snacks. Cool technology

Cons

Leadership team is Not transparent about funding, revenue, customer situations, and where company direction is going. Do not know if we will all be laid off in a week or a month? Executive leadership seldom in office. Place is like Zombie-land with no activity or sense of life nor a product direction other than DPU ASICs
