- Coffee machine is great but you get to clean the mess left behind by previous guy - 'If you build it they will come' attitude is a constant source of amusement - You get to be amazed by founders' past success - Get some shades for the halo of engineers and scientits shines very bright - It's a cool place because AC blows very cold - If you are not an 'engineer' new opportunity is always around the corner
Cons
- Rudderless company - Absolute no sense of direction when it comes to creating a business - It's a flash storage start up masquerading as Composable Disaggregated Infrastructure. it's more like decomposed disintegrated infrastructure - Built a chip with zero strategy for developer ecosystem - Arrogant leaders, petty politics and empowering others is frowned upon I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid it like it's medieval black death
