Pros

Employee Store, Free Food (sometimes)

Cons

What can i say. Been here for over a year, what really impressed me was how one of the leads from the morning shift got demoted once and then he had to resign. I remember seeing this group of "girls" who disliked the guy plotting against him to get him fired just because they were doing bad jobs and they were being corrected constantly. Sucks that they let things like this pass by without the proper information. Work here at your own risk and don't socialize much. I have seen so many people go over favoritism is not funny because people have families to feed and lives.

No career path, no direction

Pros

They make cool stuff if you're into toys and pop culture

Cons

Where to begin? First of all, there's no career path if you work here. They'll hire outside for any promotion, and not even tell you they're looking. You have no chance to rise in the organization unless you come from the warehouse, which means they were paying you minimum wage to begin with and still won't have to pay you jack since you're so grateful to get a desk. They underpay the employees under the idea that it's "fun", but you'll get screamed at enough that it's far from it. The environment is super toxic. About 3 executives control the entire company and don't care what anyone else thinks about anything. They bring in their buddies from outside and have no loyalty to current employees - I've watched them do this now in licensing, marketing and even HR! The whole company is just a glorified sales dept and the new president (from sales) isn't going to change that. For a public company, this place is run by amateurs. But you probably can tell that if you saw how the IPO went (worst IPO in 20 years some say). This place is just an absolute mess. If you do decide to work here, don't expect any kind of career path and expect to be shown the door if you have any opinions at all.

Great and not so great...

Pros

Fun culture, great work environment, you get addicted to Pops, great perks at the office (Gym, Bowling Alley, slides next to the stairs and so forth), discount on Merchandise.

Cons

Management needs work in the Technology space (not I.T.). Favoritism is rampant. Managers can be a bit bitter when you know your job better than they do. Manager used to work for a consulting company, then brings that company into place and slowly drains the work from other employees leading to the release of employees that are not "in favor" of management. Benefits are good, but they are very expensive. The company started (this year, 2017) to help with the cost of premiums, but are still way above what other companies offer.
