Pros

- Colleagues are probably the only good thing about this job

Cons

- Management will not listen to you - Management attitude and behavior are simply unprofessional - Management are all sales agent and none of which have technical background - Opportunities and raise are only given to those that are 'favorite' - Certain employees are abused and used to the fullest - You will be asked to do a lot of work - They will fire a hard working employee because they 'feel' like it

Flexible hours, specially for a student.

Cons

Some campaigns might be harder than others. Pressure to meet targets, which is a good things as well i guess.
