1. Many incentives to get us motivated 2. Free food in the cafeteria 3. Very friendly staff 4. Nice location - right in front of a metro 5. Nice bonus structure

Honestly, I don't really have any thus far. So far working at Fusion BPO has been very good, no complaints.
