Pros

we have enjoyed a lot for having an opportunities to do everything on the floor . But at the same time you have to be good performer

Cons

yep there were some securities issues . The people who use to do buttering to the higher management are good in front of them always gets the priority and the people who do everything for team they are nothing they are not even notified..

Pros

People working in fusion is very approachable. HR department is 24/7. In case there's a problem they manage it as soon as possible. I personally enjoy my job and it satisfy me.

Cons

The nature of the job is working at night. My only problem is my life style. It changes a lot because I was working in the evening and at morning I'm awake.
