Pros

The best thing about this place is that it's connected to a Dollar General so you don't have to go far for affordable snacks.

Cons

Training cut short, passive aggressive management, very high turnover rate, lack of confidence from trainer, no key cards provided in a timely fashion to new employees to enter the building, expected to work off the clock by logging into programs needed to complete your work, but before clocking in, and push sales without proper training on all devices. Get fussed at by management because employees stand outside until someone answers the door so you can clock back in from break/lunch on time. If you make a error as far as a process goes, don't consider a coaching in a office with quality, expect someone yelling at you, in front of all the other agents on the production floor.
