Nothing. They promise everything but deliver nothing

Watch out for this company. Fusion BPO in Boca Raton will hire you, promise a sign on bonus as well as weekly bonuses. They just recently had us go through 4 weeks of training, told us we'd be in training for one more week due to low call volume. Well they just let us go. I asked several times if my job was in jeopardy and was told no. Then they just fired the entire classs. Not to mention when you get up to the floor to start taking calls, it's a complete zoo. I've never witnessed such unprofessionalism in my life. Don't waste your time, steer clear of this company. They are a call center for AT&T. Total scam. Now many of us are without a job with no warning and nothing done wrong on our part. Such a terrible experience.
