Pros

Fusion is a place where you can make life-changing money. Yes, you have to work hard and push your limits and perfect your craft, but the opportunities are boundless with monstrous paychecks behind them. It's fast-paced, dynamic, interesting, high-stakes and no two days are ever the same. Indeed, it's not a WFH / flexible-hours type of company, but that's OK -- it's not for everybody. If you need a frou-frou type of job with onsite daycare and nap-pods , then Fusion isn't the best fit; but if you're driven and ambitious, and will work hard to change your life selling something you believe in, then it's the place for you.

Cons

None. Fusion has clear goals and objectives, and is full steam ahead to achieve them.

Pros

-Everyone is very friendly and responsive to questions. Honestly the nicest sales people I've ever met! -Office is well stocked with great options for snacks, coffee, and water (sparkling, flavored, and flat) -Lots of exposure to other teams both in your office and on a global level -Fascinating work with real world applications

Cons

-Slow to accept change -Inflexibility -No HR department -Management - employee relationship is strained because they sometimes treat you more like a child than an adult with things like cell phone monitoring and uncomfortable messaging about dress code policies
