If you want to grind day-in and day-out with no results, then this is the place for you! You can have little to no sales experience, they just need heads in the door and don't really care as to where your background lies. If I had to include a pro, it would be that working in the Seaport area is nice, especially during the summer months.

Cons

To hit quota, get ready to beg your accounts for business, as I would qualify sales at Fusion as "professional begging." Pay is below industry standard, sales for new reps are stagnant, and you will only close business if a customer comes to you in dire straits. Your every move will be micromanaged, and no matter what the situation, you will have done something wrong. Upper management is condescending, narcissistic, and run the company as a dictatorship. One piece of advice I received from a colleague was to "suck up to your superiors" if I wanted to stick around, and unfortunately their advice was spot on. During my tenure at Fusion, three employees were let go despite hitting numbers. Don’t fall into a trap, you cannot build a career at Fusion Worldwide.

Money, money, money and a little more money. You can make money here if you put in the hours and have no shame.

Cons

Toxic environment. A lot of cliques. No flexibility - on site everyday unless you’re bleeding out of your eyes, they might let you WFH. Limited federal vacation days. Not a lot of diversity, kind of like the Brady Bunch with less manners. Misogynistic behavior is right there for all to see. Don’t speak up or speak out against any issues or you’ll be out the door quicker than you walked in.

no sales strategy, make decisions at random then change their minds the next day, severe micromanagement, distrust employees, high turnover, very little tools to manage business, create lots of manual work and focused on daily task tracking rather than performance, experienced and witnessed discrimination and harassment, bare bones benefits, very expensive parking that they will not pay for, not going to learn anything you don't already know here
