Pros

Lots of money when market conditions allow.

Cons

Ask them about the last 3 Sales Reps of the Year if you are unfortunate to have an interview with them. They all left of were forced out, the most recent SRoY was let go by the company 3 days after the achieving this milestone.

Don't work here

Pros

there are no positives about working for Fusion.

Cons

I already wrote a review about my time there TL;DR don't work here unless it is your last choice but I just noticed a bunch of the 5 start reviews says hardly anything in the pros and cons. One was literally just titled 'Review'. So if you're looking at the average rating and thinking 'that's not so bad' know that it is probably Fusion trying to game the ratio on here.

Please Be Careful

Pros

There are a handful of really good people in the office, none in an administrative position.

Cons

This place is extremely unsafe for women everywhere. Should have noticed the red flag when I was told on my first day this was definitely a “boys will be boys” kind of company and I should be careful with whom I interacted. After witnessing and experiencing inappropriate comments towards me, other co-workers and potential hires, I was told that this type of sexual harassment was normal and there was nothing I could do because again, it's a "boys will be boys" office. Well, it took me getting sexually assaulted by a co-worker here to finally quit. I’m really not one to go on Glassdoor to bash a business, but I think women thinking about applying here should be VERY CAUTIOUS. The company WILL NOT protect you. They’ve issued office fraternization policies that are not followed, especially in regards to an employee with a well-known history of harassing women, but “Oh well, he makes the company money”. They are not what they seem, please believe the other comments attempting to convey the reality of what this company really is.
