Pros
Career based, easy work, benefits are good, bonuses are decent
Cons
Not equally fair with all the employees, some employees can do whatever they want and break every single rule with no consequences whilst others get wrote up, suspended, or fired. Even with it being a Chinese company the chinese need to remember that they are in America and that they cant treat people the same they were treated in china. The pay is decent but needs to be more job fitting. New hires are coming in making almost as much as people that have been there for 4 to 6 years.
